Artiste Tasting Studio

Artiste Tasting Studio

Celebrate the fusion of art, food and wine at Santa Barbara County's most thought provoking boutique winery and working artist studio, reminiscent of a bygone era. Artiste’s highly sought-after wines are limited productions of less than 300 cases each blend and are available exclusively through Artiste Tasting Studios in historic old Santa Ynez.

Bridlewood Estate Winery

Bridlewood Estate Winery

At Bridlewood Estate Winery, our goal is to carefully craft distinct wines that are expressive of California's Central Coast. We know you've probably heard that before, so let us tell you a little bit about what makes us different. Instead of finding a few tons of fruit that will simply just do, we take great pride in precisely locating the perfect Central Coast grapes to put in each bottle. We lose a lot of sleep and are obsessed with getting each wine just right.

Each lot is crafted separately in state-of-the-art tanks and barrels from top cooperages. No detail is left unnoticed by our expert hands -- from vineyard selection to yeast and oak choices. We are proud of the wines we make.

Carhartt Vineyard

Carhartt Vineyard

A connection with the land and the Santa Ynez Valley drives the mission of Carhartt Vineyard. Mike and Brooke Carhartt produce estate-grown Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese and Rosé. They are winegrowers who carefully craft artisanal wines from the ten-acre vineyard, which sits high on a mesa overlooking the family ranch and from the adjacent three acre Eleven Oaks Vineyard. At historic Rancho Santa Ynez, which has been in the Carhartt family for over half a century, the focus on creating an exceptional product from the family land continues today.

Carhartt Vineyards cozy tasting room in the charming town of Los Olivos combined with its exquisite wines is a perfect pairing.

Casa Cassara Winery & Vineyard

Casa Cassara Winery & Vineyard

When Bennie Cassara first set foot on this mountain top retreat he knew this was the place for which he had been looking.

It was in 1990 the first vines were planted on the tiny hilltop estate. Dad chose Pinot Noir grapes at the urging of his friend Brian Babcock of the Babcock Winery. Brian told Dad his property with its hillside exposure would be the perfect growing environment for Pinot Noir grapes.

Daniel Gehrs Wines

Daniel Gehrs Wines

In Spring 2000, our winery's new tasting room and gift shop opened in Heather Cottage, a landmark along "Tasting Room Row" in Los Olivos California. Built in 1904, Heather Cottage features a true gift shop with French Country and English cottage-themed items for the home. You will also find numerous wine-related gifts in the tasting room alongside the latest releases.

Originally built as a doctor's office and later a residence through much of the 1900's, for the last decade, Heather Cottage has made a name for itself as a gift boutique. Now, in addition to the many unique and wonderful gift items, the Heather Cottage is home to Daniel Gehrs Wines.

Evan's Ranch

Evan's Ranch

Evans Ranch Tasting Room, located in downtown Los Olivos, is pretty unique in that it has stools up at the tasting bar…which you don't see all that often. It's like hanging out at a bar. It really is a cool tasting room, plenty of room, and the staff was fantastic. Evans Ranch is closely linked up with Gainey Vineyards out of Santa Barbara County.

Firestone Vineyard

Firestone Vineyard

Founded in 1972 by father and son, Leonard and Brooks Firestone, Firestone Vineyard has enjoyed 35 years of family stewardship. Recently, so that they might concentrate on their burgeoning beer business and smaller Curtis Winery, the Firestone family decided to sell their iconic winery. In doing so, they turned to fellow Santa Barbara vintner Bill Foley (Foley Estates Vineyard and Winery, Lincourt Vineyards) as the logical next shepherd for the famous property.

Gainey Vineyard

Gainey Vineyard

In 1962, Dan C. and his son Dan J. Gainey purchased an 1800 acre ranch on the eastern end of the Santa Ynez Valley. With over 1000 acres of rangeland devoted to cattle, 600 acres of farmland, 100 acres of Arabian horses facilities and 100 acres of vineyards, the Gainey Ranch was and still is the largest diversified farming operation in the valley.

In the early 1980's, Dan J. and his son Dan H. became convinced that the unique geographical and climatical conditions of the area gave it the potential to produce world class wines. They planted 50 acres in 1983 and opened their Spanish style winery in 1984. The winery quickly became one of the most popular wineries to visit in the area and was named as "one of the best wineries to visit on California's Central Coast" by Wine Spectator magazine.

Refugio Ranch

Refugio Ranch

We craft a limited production program of distinct estate wines, each of which provides an insight into the unique character embodying the essence of Refugio Ranch.

We offer these wines individually, or in Estate Packs of 6 & 9, so that we may share with you the entire uninhibited soul of Refugio Ranch. Cheers!

Saarloos & Sons Winery & Vineyards

Saarloos & Sons Winery & Vineyards

SAARLOOS & Sons wines were never meant to be available to the public. We started with a small 17-acre farm in hills of Los Olivos, on the only south facing hill, let alone terraced, on Ballard Canyon.

Our family believes that the crops grow best in the farmers shadow, thus we farm our vineyards ourselves. This is a bit of a lost passion in the wine community these days. These wines are not crafted as a mass produced commodity that you find commonplace on a store shelf. These wines are representations of what we do 365 days a year.

A new very polished tasting room in Los Olivos offer a chance to experience and the the wonderful "story" behind each Saarloos wine.

Sevtap Winery

Sevtap Winery

Sevtap Winery specializes in small-lot, handcrafted wines focusing on Bordeaux varieties. Our grapes are all from California's central coast vineyards, and the wine is made in the heart of Santa Barbara County. You will currently find our wines on restaurant menus and wine bars in Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Valley, with the service area continuing to grow.

Good things run in my blood. As a Turkish immigrant, I know the value of hard work, determination, and the power of heart.

Sort This Out Cellars

Sort This Out Cellars

Sort This Out Cellars is a small producer of California wines. Produced from grapes grown throughout California’s wine country, we explore varietals and appellations that are representative of California’s diversity to craft wines with quality and value. Relieving ourselves of the restrictions associated with owning vineyards or producing wines from a singular viticultural area.

We crush our own grapes from some of California’s finest vineyards. Purchased in small lots, the grapes are brought to the winemaking facility where our wines are crafted using state of the art winemaking resources under the direction of our consultant winemaker.

Vixen Wines

Vixen Wines

My first adventures in winemaking began in 2001,when a family friend and backyard grape grower offered to give me Syrah fruit from his third-leaf vines (the equivalent of your first-born child). Since the venture would cost me nothing but time, I accepted his offer. This same year I took both viticulture and enology classes at a local college, and worked more closely with my father, winemaker Daniel Gehrs, in the cellar during harvest. I only intended for this to be an experiment, or a hobby at best. I was encouraged by the success of my first vintage and by my family and friends to continue.

As I enter my 24th harvest in 2024, I feel as if this is where I belong.
